What sizes do you offer?
One Size Fits Most - We offer socks in AU women’s sizes 5–11. Please check the product description for sizing details.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. 
Standard shipping within Australia takes approximately 5–7 business days. 
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly. We are not liable for delayed or lost parcels due to incorrect address input.

What if my order is delayed?
While we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or third parties, please contact us if you do not receive your order in a timely manner.

What is your returns process?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. This includes incorrect sizing, colour preference and personal taste.
We encourage customers to review our size guide and product details carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, please contact us at admin@bendandgrip.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

How do I care for my bend and grip socks?
Please ensure to machine wash inside out at 30°C or in a wash bag (which are available for purchase). Lay flat to dry, do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.

What makes your grip socks different?
We’re not here to mass produce. Every pair is made with care and intention, built for next-level grip, sleek, cute style, and all-day comfort.
Designed to keep up on the reformer, in the studio, or at coffee after class.

Why are there limited styles available to buy on your website?
We only offer one or two collections at a time because every release is truly limited edition. Once a drop sells out, it’s gone for good, no restocks, no repeats.
