Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard shipping within Australia takes approximately 5–7 business days.
Orders over $100 AUD receive free standard shipping.
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly. We are not liable for delayed or lost parcels due to incorrect address input.
While we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or third parties, please contact us if you do not receive your order in a timely manner.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, please contact us at admin@bendandgrip.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll provide a full refund or exchange in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Faults include:
- Manufacturing defects
- Mislabelled sizing
Refunds for eligible faulty items are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned goods.
Change-of-Mind Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
This includes:
- Incorrect sizing
- Colour preference
- Personal taste
We encourage customers to review our size guide and product details carefully before purchasing.
Consumer Guarantees – Your Rights Under Australian Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
- A repair or replacement if the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major
A product has a major failure when:
- It is significantly different from the description or sample
- It is substantially unfit for its normal purpose
- It is unsafe
- It does not do what we said it would, and cannot be easily fixed
